Through this recurrent scouting trip, IOM offers a cutting edge recruiting platform & football tournaments; Events for scouts and players alike to shine. The service provided takes scouting in Africa to new levels, making it easier and more efficient than ever for the invited European clubs scout, by streamlining the on site scouting experience at our tournaments and showcase events. IOM provides comprehensive details of player profiles where, both soccer scouts and athletes will maximize their opportunities to find the perfect match. Through the 10 day long process, IOM gives players greater visibility among scouts and allows them to update their profiles to maximize exposure with face to face interactions, play as well as highlight videos. In addition to streamlining the process for tournaments, scouts and players; IOM eliminates the time & costs usually associated with international scouting trips by covering all travelling & accomodation to create the most inclusive, professional, fun & efficient scouting experience.

In the Summers of 2020 & 2021, IOM Sports & Entertainment Ltd embarked on a new adventure; Conducting scouting trips to the West African country of Nigeria with the aim of identifying & recruiting young stars. Various European clubs were invited & had their scouts present to do their own evaluation of the talent on show

Ibadan, Nigeria
Featured here is our first scouting trip to Ibadan, Nigeria which took place in the Summer of 2020, in collaboration with PM Sports Management from Switzerland.
These two trips were both scouting orientated as well as an ideal environment to team build & grow the ever-expanding network IOM has in this region. Also contained below are some snapshots of favourite moments during our various trips. Expect more such trips & events in near future & beyond.
